- Mark Willemse (born 26 August 1964) is a South African politician.
- He is currently serving as the Executive Mayor of the Knysna Local Municipality, having taken office in June 2018 after a vote of no confidence unseated Mayor Eleanore Bouw-Spies.
- He was the ward councillor for ward 9 of the municipality until October 2019, when the Democratic Alliance terminated his party membership.
- Willemse was previously Speaker of the Eden District Municipality.
