- Tracy III (born December 20, 1973), better known as Tripp Tracy, is a retired American professional ice hockey goaltender and is currently the television and radio color commentator for the Carolina Hurricanes.
- He spent four years playing goaltender for Harvard University of which the last two he was the starter.
- He was drafted 218th overall by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1993 NHL Entry Draft and later played two seasons in the ECHL and American Hockey League.
