About Steve Hazlett
- Stephen Edward Hazlett (born December 12, 1957) is a retired professional ice hockey player who in the 1979–80 NHL season played in his only National Hockey League game for the Vancouver Canucks.
- As a youth, he played in the 1970 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with a minor ice hockey team from Toronto.
