He played college football at Washington, where he was the starting quarterback from 2011 to 2013.
He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Seattle Seahawks in 2014.
He has also played professionally in the Canadian Football League (CFL), where he was a member of the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the BC Lions.
He also played for the Birmingham Iron of the Alliance of American Football (AAF).
