- Kenneth Ekow Andam (born 8 January 1976) is a retired Ghanaian sprinter who competed in the 4 × 100 metres relay at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia.
- Andam was an All-American in track and field while competing for Brigham Young University.
