Sayyid Murtada Sharif 'Askari (Persian: ??? ????? ???? ??????; 4 May 1914 – 16 September 2007), known as Allamah 'Askari, was a Shiite scholar and a neo-religious thinker.
He took a scholarly approach to the history of Islam.
