Kunchacko Boban (born 2 November 1976) is an Indian film actor, producer and businessman.
He works in the Malayalam film industry and has acted in nearly 100 films over the period of two decades and received several awards including the Kerala State Film Awards.
He is the son of actor-director-producer Boban Kunchacko and grandson of director-producer Kunchacko, who established the first film production studio in Kerala named Udaya Pictures.Kunchacko's debut was as a child artist in a Fazil film Dhanya (1981) produced by his father Boban Kunchacko with Mohanlal in a major role.
He debuted as a hero in another Fazil film, the 1997 romantic drama Aniyathipraavu.
The film broke all existing box-office collection records in Malayalam film industry to become the highest-grossing Malayalam film and a trendsetter.
Following the success of his debut movie as hero, he starred in hugely successful films in the late 1990s.
He also acted in another Fazil film Harikrishnans along with Mammootty and Mohanlal which was the highest-grossing film of the year 1998.
He was considered as an emerging Superstar after the huge success of the romantic comedy film Niram (1999) directod by Kamal, which was one of 1999's the highest-grossing Malayalam film.
He continued to do films and established himself as a leading actor in the following years with filmmakers like Sathyan Anthikad, Sibi Malayil, Lohithadas, Hariharan, P.

Kunchacko won the Kerala State Film Award – Special Mention for his performance in the 2004 film Ee Snehatheerathu.
His career took a setback after few box office failures during the mid-2000s.
He took a break from films and concentrated on business.
He made a successful comeback in 2009 with the comedy movie Gulumal: The Escape, which was well received.
After his comeback, Kunchacko completely changed his chocolate boy and romantic hero image and was seen doing various different roles.
Later, he has raised his stardom back with commercially successful films and established himself as one of the popular lead actors of Mollywood.
Addition to his acting career, he is also a naturally gifted dancer and has his own style of dancing, Kunchacko Boban ranks among the best dancers that Malayalam cinema has ever seen.In 2016, Kunchacko produced the comedy drama film Kochavva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho through Udaya Pictures, in the process reviving the studio after a 30-year hiatus.
Beside films and business, Kunchacko also promotes social causes.
In 2015, he opened Al Fasht Medical Centre in Sharjah, a medical centre providing comparatively low-cost health care for child behaviour, autism, and adult psychiatry.
