- Winfried Wiencek (born January 2, 1949 in Sengwarden) is a deaf sports official and former German deaf table tennis player.
- Since 2003 he has been General Secretary of the German Deaf Sports Association.
- He is president of the Deaf Sports Association North Rhine-Westphalia (German: Gehörlosen-Sportverband Nordrhein-Westfalen e.V.), and support of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
