Martin Kolberg (born 24 February 1949) is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party.
He served as the party secretary from 2002 until 2009.
He was elected to the Parliament of Norway in 2009 and since 2013 serves as leader of the Standing Committee on Scrutiny and Constitutional Affairs.
