- He began his entertainment career in 2014 as a runway model.
- He then made his acting debut in 2017, and has since starred leading roles in the 2017 films Midnight Traveller and Bad Boys 2.In 2018, Paing featured on the BuzzFeed "23 Stunning South Asian Men That Are Too Gorgeous For Words".
