- Jorge Alberto Arreaza Montserrat (Venezuelan Spanish pronunciation: ['xo?xe al'ße?to are'asa monse'ra(t)]; born 6 June 1973) is a Venezuelan politician who has held several important positions in the administration of President Hugo Chávez and his successor Nicolás Maduro.
