Eugen Schiffer (14 February 1860 – 5 September 1954) was a German lawyer and liberal politician.
He served as Minister of Finance and deputy head of government from February to April 1919.
From October 1919 to March 1920, he was again deputy head of government and Minister of Justice.
In 1921, he once more became Minister of Justice.
Schiffer was co-founder of two liberal parties, the German Democratic Party (DDP) in 1918/19 and the Liberal Democratic Party of Germany (LDPD) in 1946.
