- Luke Chia-Liu Yuan (simplified Chinese: ???; traditional Chinese: ???; pinyin: Yuán Jialiú; Wade–Giles: Yüan Chia-liu; April 5, 1912 – February 11, 2003) was a Chinese-American physicist and grandson of Yuan Shikai, the first president of the Republic of China from 1912 to 1916.
