Lynda Holt (born 9 March 1972) is an Australian Paralympic athlete.
She was born in Perth.
She won a silver medal at the 2000 Sydney Games in the women's shot put F55 event.
Besides her sporting achievements Holt has worked in recruitment and is currently working in the Fitness Industry training Personal Trainers how to understand their clients behaviour and make lasting changes using NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
Holt is the Director of NLP Fitness Solutions and a Motivational Speaker in Sydney.
