- Marc Murphy (born 19 July 1987) is an Australian rules footballer playing for the Carlton Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL).
- He was recruited with the first overall selection in the 2005 AFL draft and served as the captain of Carlton from the 2013 season to 2018.
- He is the son of John Murphy.
