- Masud Choudhary (born 10 April 1944,Kalaban, Mendhar, Poonch, India)also called as GUJJAR GANDHI by people of state, is a prominent educator, social reformer, thinker and administrator of Jammu and Kashmir State.
- He is the founding Vice Chancellor of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University in Rajouri.
- He is also the Chief Patron of the Gurjar Desh Charitable Trust.
