- Dwayne Polataivao (born 30 July 1990) is a Samoan rugby union Scrum-Half who has plays for Samoa internationally.
- He started his professional career playing for the Auckland Rugby Union in 2015, and was first selected for the Samoan national rugby union team in 2016.
- He joined the Doncaster Knights in 2019, and was selected for the Samoa national squad ahead of the 2019 World Rugby Pacific Nations Cup.
