Midori Kato (?? ???, Kato Midori) is a Japanese actress, voice actress, and narrator represented by Gekidankawa, Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society, and Sigma Seven (1993–2002), but is now a free agent (freelance).
She is most famous for the role of Sazae Fuguta from the long-running family anime Sazae-san.
She is also known for the roles as Yoshiko in Sally the Witch, Osomatsu Matsuno in Osomatsu-kun (1966) and for singing the ending theme to GeGeGe no Kitaro.
She was invited by Emperor Akihito's party in 2012.
On November 17, 2019, she was awarded the Guinness World Record for "the longest career as a voice actor for the same character in an animated television series".
