Morley Kells (born January 26, 1936) is a former politician in Ontario, Canada.
He was as a Progressive Conservative member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario on two separate occasions from 1981 to 1985 and again from 1995 to 2003, and was briefly a cabinet minister in the government of Frank Miller.
He was an unsuccessful candidate for Toronto City Council in the 2010 municipal election.
