- Solveig Horne (born 12 January 1969) is a Norwegian politician for the Progress Party who served as Minister of Children and Equality in the Solberg Cabinet from 2013 to 2018.
- She has also been an MP for Rogaland since 2005.
- She has been an elected official since 1995, and was elected to the Storting, the Norwegian parliament, from Rogaland in the 2005 election, and has been re-elected for two consecutive terms in 2009 and 2013.
