Neil Chambers (born September 5, 1974 in the United States) is an American designer, writer, blogger and green building expert.
He heads the green design and consulting company Chambers Design, Inc which was founded in 2005.
In 2002, Chambers co-founded Green Ground Zero to advocate for the rebuilding of Lower Manhattan to be green in the aftermath of the terrorist's attack of September 11, 2001.
Chambers work centers on exploring and implementing ways to integrate and interconnect ecology with buildings and infrastructure.
Chambers has a growing media presence, both in traditional media and the blogosphere, where his blogs for TreeHugger.com, which is owned by Discovery, has an active following of 8 million readers where he writes about design, architecture, fashion and infrastructure.
He is the author of the book entitled Urban Green: Architecture for the Future.
