Nicolae Rosetti-Balanescu (December 6, 1827 – May 11, 1884) was a lawyer and Romanian politician who served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Principality of Romania from August 29, 1863 until October 29, 1865.
After the divorce, his wife Olga married another diplomat Petre Mavrogheni.
Nicolae Rosetti-Balanescu came from a larger aristocratic Rosetti family, which to distinguish themselves split into four smaller families: Rosetti-Solescu, Rosetti-Roznovanu, Rosetti-Tescanu and Rosetti-Balanescu.
