Noah Mahalang’ang’a Wekesa (born 21 August 1936) is a Kenyan politician.
He belongs to the Party of National Unity and was elected to represent the Kwanza Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya since the 2007 Kenyan parliamentary election.
He was the Minister for Forestry and Wildlife and the Minister for Education, Science, and Technology.He was educated at Kakamega School and graduated from University of Edinburgh with a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery.
He was elected to the parliament first time in 1988.
These were the last one-party-system elections in Kenya.
He used to be a rally driver and he has featured in Safari Rally.
He has been a chairman if the Kenya Lawn Tennis Association.
His son Paul Wekesa is a retired prominent tennis player.
