Joseph Eugene Porter (born March 22, 1977) is a former American football linebacker who played thirteen seasons in the National Football League (NFL), and is a former outside linebackers coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
After playing college football at Colorado State, he was drafted by the Steelers in the third round of the 1999 NFL Draft.
A four-time Pro Bowl selection, Porter earned a Super Bowl ring with the Steelers in Super Bowl XL against the Seattle Seahawks.
He played for the Miami Dolphins from 2007 to 2009 and the Arizona Cardinals from 2010 to 2011.
