- Joseph Eugene Porter (born March 22, 1977) is a former American football linebacker who played thirteen seasons in the National Football League (NFL), and is a former outside linebackers coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
- After playing college football at Colorado State, he was drafted by the Steelers in the third round of the 1999 NFL Draft.
