- Parag Saxena (Hindi: ???? ???????; born April 27, 1955) is the Founding General Partner and CEO of New Silk Route.
- Saxena earned a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, an M.S.
- in Chemical Engineering from the West Virginia College of Graduate Studies and an M.B.A.
- from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.Saxena started his career at Becton Dickinson as a product manager in 1978.
- Saxena is also a co-founder and managing partner of Vedanta Capital, a New York-based venture capital firm founded in 2006.
- He has been the president of TiE Tri-State branch since 2003.Previously, Saxena was the Managing Partner and founded Invesco Private Capital, a subsidiary of Invesco.
