- Sylvia Lim Swee Lian (simplified Chinese: ???; traditional Chinese: ???; pinyin: LÃn Ruìlián; born 28 March 1965) is a Singaporean politician, criminal lawyer and academic.
- She is currently a member of the opposition Workers' Party (WP) and an elected Member of Parliament (MP) representing Aljunied Group Representation Constituency (Aljunied GRC).
- She is in charge of Serangoon division.
- Lim previously served in the Singapore Police Force and subsequently joined Temasek Polytechnic as a law lecturer. Lim re-entered the legal sector following the 2011 general election.
- She is currently senior associate in Peter Low LLC, helmed by former Law Society president Peter Low.
