  • Paul Clement Kemp (February 9, 1931 – July 26, 2014) was an American football player, coach, and scout.
  • He served as the head football coach at Dickinson State College—now known as Dickinson State University—in 1956 and at the Boston University from 1973 to 1976, compiling a career college football record of 20–26–1.
  • From 1951 to 1953, Kemp played quarterback at the University of Iowa, where he was a member of the Iowa Beta chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.
