- Peg Luksik (née McKenna; born August 11, 1955) is a conservative politician, pro-life campaigner, and family activist in Pennsylvania.Marguerite Ann McKenna was born in Huntsville, Alabama, where her father was in the Army.
- A 1976 magna cum laude graduate of Clarion University with a bachelor of science degree in special education and elementary education, she married James Luksik on June 23, 1979.
- The couple have six children.In a 1998 interview with John Mallon, contributing editor of Inside the Vatican, Luksik described how her devout Roman Catholicism shapes her views, including opposition to abortion.
- In 1997, she was awarded an honorary doctorate from Stonehill College.Luksik entered the 1990 Republican primary election for governor of Pennsylvania six weeks before election day and received 46% of the vote.Her highest vote total came in Pennsylvania's general election for governor in 1994 when, as the candidate of the Constitution Party, she received 460,269 votes (12.8 percent).
