- Phil Sigsworth (born 31 January 1959 in Newtown, New South Wales) is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer.
- He played primarily in the fullback position.
- Sigsworth attended Newtown Boys' Junior High School where he played Rugby Union for the school.
- His junior Rugby League playing days were with the Erskineville Juniors club and then the infamous Newtown Hawks from where he was graded into the district club, Newtown District Rugby League Football Club.
