- Pier Paolo Pandolfi is an Italian geneticist and molecular biologist.
- Since 2007 he has been director of the cancer genetics program at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a Harvard University teaching hospital; in 2013 he became director of its Cancer Center and Cancer Research Institute.

- Reisman professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School.
- From 1994 to 2007 he was on the faculty of both the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City and the Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences at Cornell University.Pandolfi studied at the University of Perugia in Umbria in central Italy; his parents both died of cancer.
