- Julien El Fares (born 1 June 1985) is a French professional road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Professional Continental team Delko–Marseille Provence.Born in Manosque, El Fares turned professional with Cofidis in 2008, and in 2009, won the Tour de Wallonie, and a stage in the Tirreno–Adriatico.
