- Horace Cheung Kwok-kwan, JP (Chinese: ???, born 30 June 1974) is a Hong Kong solicitor and politician and the current vice-chairman of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong (DAB), the largest pro-Beijing party in Hong Kong.
- He was elected to Legislative Council of Hong Kong in 2016 through the Hong Kong Island constituency.
