Hans von Ahlfen (20 February 1897 – 11 September 1966) was a general in the German Army in the Second World War.
He was the commandant of 'Fortress Breslau' at the beginning of the siege of the city in 1945, when it was surrounded by Red Army forces, and was later the author of several books and articles providing an analysis of events and accounts of his wartime experiences.
