- Rodney Jay Soward (born January 16, 1978) is a former gridiron football wide receiver.
- He was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the first round of the 2000 NFL Draft and played only one season in the NFL after multiple suspensions derailed his career.
- As of September 2018 he is currently serving an indefinite suspension from the NFL (since January 2002), and is still a member of the Jaguars.
