About Rany Jazayerli
- Rany Jazayerli (born June 14, 1975), a Chicago-area dermatologist, is a co-founder of and writer for Baseball Prospectus.
- He developed the statistical concept of Pitcher Abuse Points (PAP), which relates to high pitch counts in baseball. Jazayerli is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and the University of Michigan School of Medicine.
- He is a board-certified dermatologist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
