- Rhys Patchell (born 17 May 1993) is a Wales international rugby union player.
- A fly-half, he plays for Scarlets having previously played for Cardiff Blues. Educated at Ysgol Gymraeg Melin Gruffydd and at Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf, in January 2013 he was selected for the Wales Under 20 squad for the 2013 Under 20 Six Nations Championship.In May 2013 he was selected for the Wales national rugby union team squad for the summer 2013 tour to Japan.
