- Richard Devlin (born September 9, 1952) is a Democratic American politician who served from 2003 to 2018 in the Oregon State Senate, representing Oregon's 19th Senate district, which includes the cities of Durham, Lake Oswego, Tualatin, Rivergrove, West Linn, parts of southwest Portland and Tigard, as well as unincorporated parts of southwestern Clackamas County, eastern Washington County, and southern Multnomah County.
