- Richard Douglas "Rick" Engle (born April 7, 1957) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher.
- He batted right and threw left-handed. Engle attended high school at Clermont Northeastern High in Batavia, Ohio.
- As of today he is the only baseball player from CNE to play in "the bigs". Engle was signed by the Expos as an amateur free agent in 1977.
