- Enrico "Rick" Giancola (born September 18, 1946) is an American football coach.
- He is the current head football coach at Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey, a position he has held since 1983.
- He longest-tenured coach in history of the Montclair State Red Hawks football program and has the most wins of any coach in program history.
- Through the 2018 season he has compiled an overall record of 247–123–2 and has won 11 New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) championships.
