He Guoqiang (simplified Chinese: ???; traditional Chinese: ???; pinyin: Hè Guóqiáng; born October 1943) is a retired senior leader of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
Between 2007 and 2012, He was a member of the Politburo Standing Committee (PSC), China's highest ruling council, and the Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the party's anti-corruption agency.
Earlier in his career, He served as the head of the Organization Department of the Communist Party, the Governor of Fujian, and the Party Committee Secretary of Chongqing.
