- Ryan Francis Quarles (born October 20, 1983) is an American politician and member of the Republican Party from the Commonwealth of Kentucky who has served as Agriculture Commissioner of Kentucky since 2016. He previously served in the Kentucky House of Representatives from 2011 to 2016.
