- Ralph Vivian Stroud (May 15, 1885 – April 11, 1970), sometimes referred to as Sailor Stroud, was an American baseball pitcher.
- He played professional baseball for 20 years from 1910 to 1929, including three years in Major League Baseball as a pitcher for the Detroit Tigers in 1910 and the New York Giants in 1915 and 1916.
