Msgr Sebastião Rodolfo Dalgado (Konkani devnagri script: ???????????? ????????? ????????; Konkani 'romi script' : Sebastiaom Rodolf Dalgad; 8 May 1855 – 4 April 1922) was an Indo-Portuguese Catholic priest, academic, university professor, theologian, orientalist and linguist.
Dalgado distinguished himself as a linguist and etymologist in the study of the influences of the Portuguese language on a number of languages of Southeast Asia.
He was a corresponding member of the Lisbon Academy of Sciences, elected on July 27, 1911.
He also became widely renowned during his lifetime as a Konkani language scholar.
