About Shafie Apdal
- Shafie bin Apdal (Jawi: ???? ????? ?? ????; born 20 October 1956) is a Malaysian politician who is the 15th and current Chief Minister of Sabah as well the State Finance Minister.
- He currently serves as the Member of Parliament for Semporna, Sabah and ADUN for Senallang.
- He was once the federal Minister of Rural and Regional Development and also one of the three former vice-presidents of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), once the leading party in the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition that governed Malaysia.
- He is currently a member and founder of Sabah Heritage Party (WARISAN), the ruling party in Sabah that is allied to Malaysia's ruling coalition of Pakatan Harapan (PH).
