Shankar Chaudhary (born 3 December 1970) is an Indian politician from Gujarat state.
He was the Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, Medical Education, Environment (All Independent charges) and Urban Development, Government of Gujarat.
He was elected unopposed as the chairman of Banaskantha District Cooperative Milk Federation, Palanpur (Banas Dairy).
He also announced Rs 40/kg cut in Ghee prices on the first day of his office at Banas Dairy.
As Chaudhary was elected as the chairperson of Banaskantha District Cooperative Milk Federation at Palanpur, the 24-year reign of Parthi Bhatol at the top of Asia’s largest dairy cooperative came to an end.
