- Shivpal Singh Yadav (born 6 April 1955) is a politician from Uttar Pradesh, India.
- He was born in Saifai village, Etawah district, and is a younger brother of Samajwadi Party leader Mulayam Singh Yadav and uncle of the former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Akhilesh Yadav.
- He was a Member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, representing the Jaswantnagar seat in Etawah district, between 2007–12.
- He is the founder of Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party (Lohiya).
