  • Phillip James Lee (born 28 September 1970) is a British doctor and Liberal Democrat politician.
  • He was the Member of Parliament for the Bracknell constituency from the 2010 general election to the 2019 dissolution of parliament.
  • He stood unsuccessfully for the neighbouring Wokingham constituency in the 2019 general election. Elected as a Conservative candidate, he served as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State responsible for youth justice, victims, female offenders and offender health at the Ministry of Justice.
  • He resigned from the government in July 2018 in response to the government's handling of Brexit.
  • On 3 September 2019, he resigned from the Conservative party to join the Liberal Democrats.
