- Mahathir Mohamad.
- She served as wife of the Prime Minister of Malaysia for 22 years from 1981 to 2003.
- She is the oldest living wife of a Malaysian prime minister. On 10 May 2018, she once again assumed the role of wife of the Prime Minister of Malaysia when Mahathir became Prime Minister for the second time.
- She was also the former chancellor of the Multimedia University of Malaysia.
