Steven Foti (born December 3, 1958) is a Wisconsin politician and legislator.
Born in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Foti was a real estate salesman and ex-bartender before serving in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1983 until 2003.
Foti was named majority leader by Assembly Republicans in 1997.After leaving the Wisconsin Legislature in 2005, Foti became a lobbyist.In 2006, Foti was convicted of the misuse of campaign funds.
He served a 60-day jail sentence and paid $57,935 in restitution.
He was also given two years of probation and ordered to perform 240 hours of community service.
