- Teo Ser Luck (simplified Chinese: ???; traditional Chinese: ???; pinyin: Zhang Silè; Pe?h-oe-ji: Tiun Su-lo?k; born 8 June 1968) is a Singaporean politician.
- A member of the country's governing People's Action Party (PAP), he has served as a Minister of State at both the Ministry of Trade and Industry and Ministry for Manpower and also as the Mayor of the North East District of Singapore.
- He has been a Member of Parliament (MP) representing the Pasir Ris-Punggol Group Representation Constituency since 2006. He has stepped down as Mayor of North East CDC on 26 May 2017 and as minister of state on 30 June 2017
